We conduct research on news business models, revenue streams, community engagement approaches and editorial strategies to inform media viability activities.

Training and expertise

We provide capacity-building training, one-on-one coaching and access to tools and learning resources based on the IMS business viability approach for media outlets.

Advocacy

We work with media outlets and their representative associations to advocate for new funding modalities for digital media through regulatory and philanthropic means.
